Munich, December 11, 2019 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised the technology investor LEA Partners on its acquisition of a majority share in the travel tech group Midoco from the investment company AFINUM. The services rendered by Gütt Olk Feldhaus comprised both, corporate law aspects regarding the purchase agreement as well as advice on the acquisition finance.
BID Equity as well as the Midoco founder and managing directors continue being shareholders of the Group.
Midoco Group, founded in 2005, has developed into Germany's leading provider of Midoffice-software solutions for the travel industry. In 2018, travel purchases amounting to approximately €11 billion have been processed with Midoco's SaaS-solution. Midoco Group has sites in Hamburg and Hilden, Germany. Part of the Midoco Group is the Swiss Umbrella AG, which, with Umbrella Faces, enables the automatic synchronisation of travellers' profile data.
