Munich, May 22, 2019 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised BlackFin Capital Partners on the acquisition of Bonnfinanz AG from Zurich Group Germany. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Bonnfinanz AG, founded in 1970, is Germany's oldest all-financial distributor. The company is one of the leading financial service providers in Germany with over 500 sales employees. Bonnfinanz had been part of Zurich Group Germany since 2002.
BlackFin Capital Partners with offices in Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt was founded in 2009 and is a leading private equity firm focusing on financial services companies across continental Europe.
Gütt Olk Feldhaus has already advised BlackFin on other transactions in the past, most recently on the sale of finanzen.de Group to EliGlobal in 2018.
