Capital Markets and Regulatory

Gütt Olk Feldhaus advises its clients on issues involving capital markets law (e.g., ad hoc disclosures, directors' dealings, the notification of voting rights, prospectuses and listing particulars, etc.), but also on selected regulatory questions particularly involving the law governing the regulation of financial markets (the German Banking Act (KWG), the German Insurance Supervision Act (VAG) and the German Investment Act (KAGB)). This includes counselling on regulatory approval procedures, configuring capital market products such that they conform with regulatory requirements, financing (sales financing, group financing, etc.) and employee benefit programs.
